I had an issue with my booking and it definitely took longer than I would’ve liked to get resolved. As someone who likes having plans locked in and hates chasing things up, it was a bit frustrating at first. That said, support did eventually fix it, and everything worked out in the end. Not perfect, but not a bad experience overall.

I had to cancel my trip, I think it was around late March or maybe early April, and the cancellation itself went through okay. The refund did eventually come back, but it took longer than I was expecting. Support wasn’t bad, just kind of average and not super helpful beyond the basics.

I did get my tickets in the end, so everything worked out okay! The only thing is the delivery took longer than I expected, and I kept checking my email like… where are they? 😬 It wasn’t a huge issue, but it definitely made me a little nervous before my trip.

I reached out because I needed help sorting out some travel documents before our trip. They did eventually answer my questions, and the information was useful once I finally got it, but the whole process took longer than I expected. What annoyed me most was that the communication wasn’t always clear at first, so I had to wait around and double-check things when I was already trying to get everything ready. Not a terrible experience overall, but definitely more stressful than it needed to be

I booked through getawaytoday.com and, it was fine... but also a little annoying. The site loaded okay and nothing totally broke, so there’s that. But I had to poke around way more than I should’ve just to find basic details, and the checkout process felt kind of clunky. Like, I’m already trying to spend money here, why are we making this a scavenger hunt? It wasn’t awful, and I did get everything booked in the end, but I definitely expected it to be smoother.

I booked through getawaytoday.com and overall it went okay, but the wait to hear back was a bit frustrating. I had a couple questions while trying to plan everything, and not getting answers as quickly as I hoped made me feel a little anxious. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, just slower than I would’ve liked when you’re excited and trying to get things sorted

I’ve been using it for a little while now, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. Most of the time, it does what I need and I don’t really have to think too much about it, which is what I’m looking for. There have been a couple of moments where I wasn’t totally sure if everything was working exactly right, so that made me hesitate a bit. But nothing major has gone wrong, and it’s been reliable enough that I’m still comfortable using it.

They were really helpful when we were trying to sort out our itinerary, and it never felt too overwhelming. I got quick replies and some great tips for the parks that made a big difference. There were maybe a couple of small details I had to double-check on my own, but overall they made the whole planning process much less stressful.

It was easy to compare options, and the prices were okay, but I didn’t feel like I was finding some amazing savings. A few deals looked good if your travel dates happened to match, but a lot of them were just average once I checked other places. One thing that bugged me was that it wasn’t always clear who actually owned or was responsible for the listing/deal, which made me a little hesitant. Overall, not bad, but I’d definitely double-check before booking.

I booked our trip on Get Away Today and the actual process was simple. Picking the dates, hotel, and tickets was easy, and I didn’t get confused halfway through like I do on some other sites. Checkout was quick too, which I appreciated. The only thing is I tried reaching out with a question and felt kind of ignored, so that was a little frustrating. Overall, the booking part went smoothly, but I wish the communication had been better.

"Easy hotel search and solid options"
I was a little relieved after trying getawaytoday.com because the hotel choices were better than I expected. There were plenty of places close to the parks, plus some cheaper options a bit farther away if you’re trying to save money.
It was easy to compare what made sense for our family without bouncing all over different sites. We ended up finding a hotel we felt good about, and that took a lot of stress off the planning. Definitely 5 stars from me
"Payment plan made things way easier"
I ended up booking our trip through getawaytoday.com mostly because, they had a payment plan, and that was kind of a big deal for us. Like, I really didn’t want to pay for the whole thing all at once, especially with regular bills, kid stuff, and just life in general popping up all the time.
Setting it up was easy too, which I appreciated. I could see what was due and when, and so far there haven’t been any weird surprises or anything like that. It just made the whole trip feel a lot more doable, you know? I’d definitely use them again for that reason alone.

Communication was clear from start to finish, which surprised me a little. I kept waiting for some confusing fine print or last-minute catch, but everything was explained simply and the replies were easy to understand. It was nice using a booking site that didn’t make the whole process feel suspiciously complicated.

"Decent deals, but compare first!!"
I used getawaytoday.com while looking for a Disneyland hotel package, and overall it was a smooth experience!! The discounts were decent, and I did end up saving a little compared to booking directly.
That said, a few of the deals looked better at first than they actually were once I factored in fees and checked other sites. It took me a bit longer than expected to compare everything and figure out what was really worth it.
Overall, it was fine, not bad, but not something that totally blew me away. I’d probably use it again if I found a deal that was clearly cheaper next time!!

My reservation was exactly as booked and everything matched up with no real issues there. That part was smooth. I just felt a bit ignored during the whole process, like no one really acknowledged me unless I spoke up first.
